8pm | Pot Duggans Presents Curiosity Shop + Saol (support)
Tickets available HERE
Edinburgh based alt-folk five-piece Curiosity Shop today announce their signing to Fontana Records and release their debut single ‘Crows’.
‘Crows’ came together in its earliest form in the very fledgling stages of the band’s conception, written when songwriters Ruairidh Wallace and Sonny Scott were teenagers living in rural Campbelltown on the Scottish peninsula of Kintyre. The pair spent their teenage years honing their craft and writing songs together, later moving to Edinburgh to study music where they formed friendships with drummer Duncan Biggar, bassist Louis
Taige and Yann McAuley - a versatile instrumentalist, whose talents span accordion, flute, keys & harmonium.

8pm | Cois Abhann presents Grooveline + Mathuna (DJ Afterparty) - Tickets available here
Pot Duggans welcomes GrooveLine + Mathuna (DJ Set) for a full night of live music and late-night selections as part of Cois Abhann 2026.
GrooveLine bring a loose, energetic live sound that pulls from funk, hip-hop, jazz, rock, soul and Irish traditional music. Their shows are driven by groove, musicianship and a strong sense of spontaneity, moving comfortably between tight arrangements, big hooks and more free-flowing moments. With bilingual lyrics and a sound that draws from both contemporary Irish music and wider global influences, they’ve built a live set made for a busy room.
Once the band finishes, Mathuna takes over for the second half of the night with a DJ set, shifting things from live instrumentation into a later, more club-focused atmosphere and keeping the energy moving after the stage clears.
A proper two-part night at Pot Duggans: GrooveLine live, followed by Mathuna on the decks.

Paahto & The Bull is the guitar-duo project of Patrick "Paahto" Cummins and John Francis Flynn.
Having met and played together since 2011 and having cut their teeth at The Maple Hotel on Dublin's Gardiner Street, Paahto and John helped form the Irish traditional group Skipper's Alley in 2013 and would remain long-term sparring partners and an integral cog in Dublin's traditional and folk music communities. Once There Was A King was another of their musical endeavours which reached into a progressive musical space in its short-lived timespan. However, as with any collaboration between these two players, Paahto & The Bull is beyond a meeting of two musical minds and encompasses a very personal element.

8pm | Cois Abhann Presents Sunil Sharpe + Hardware (support) ~ Tickets available here
Sunil Sharpe brings uncompromising techno to Pot Duggans, joined by Hardware for a live, improvised electronic warm-up.
One of the most important figures in Irish electronic music, Sunil Sharpe has built an international reputation as a formidable techno DJ, producer and label owner. Known for fast, physical and technically precise sets, Sharpe has played everywhere from Berghain and Tresor to Fabric, while releasing music through labels including BPitch Control, Mord and Sheworks and running his own Earwiggle imprint.
Beyond the booth, Sharpe has played a major role in shaping the conversation around Irish nightlife. As the driving force behind Give Us The Night, he has spent years campaigning for better licensing, infrastructure and conditions for clubs and late-night venues across Ireland — making his appearance at one of Clare's few regular club spaces a particularly fitting one.
Joining him are Hardware, the live electronic project created by Limerick producers Brawni and Chaz Moloney. Built around improvisation, machines and hardware rather than a conventional pre-programmed set, every Hardware performance takes a different shape, drawing on the energy of the room to create raw, evolving electronic music in real time. The project grew from the pair's years within Limerick's techno scene and has developed into an immersive live club experience.
Sunil Sharpe + Hardware at Pot Duggans — a night of uncompromising Irish techno, live electronics and proper club energy in the heart of West Clare.

8pm | Cois Abhann Presents Zkellies + mynameisJohn (DJ Afterparty) ~ Tickets available here
Live techno trio Zkellies bring their hand-played dancefloor sound to Pot Duggans, followed by Clare selector mynameisJohn.
Pot Duggans welcomes Zkellies + mynameisJohn (DJ Set) as part of Cois Abhann 2026.
Zkellies are a new live techno project from three long-standing figures in Ireland’s underground music scene: Andy Connolly (FKA Naive Ted), Dan Walsh of Fixity and Killian Barton AKA Bill Karnation. Their approach is refreshingly physical — repetitive, dancefloor-focused electronic music performed entirely by hand and foot, with no sequencers, loops, backing tracks or click tracks. Two drummers and live electronics build and reshape short musical phrases in real time, creating something that has the pulse and repetition of techno but the unpredictability and energy of a live band.
Following Zkellies, mynameisJohn takes over the decks. Clare-based artist, DJ and record collector John Lillis has spent more than 20 years playing around Ireland and abroad, with appearances at Electric Picnic, Another Love Story, Body & Soul and Féile Na Gréine, alongside broadcasts on NTS, WFMU and Dublin Digital Radio. His sets are famously wide-ranging, moving from the relaxed to the ruckus and joining dots between Irish traditional music, hip-hop, jazz, funk, soul, house, electronics and whatever else feels right for the room.
A night built around two very different approaches to the dancefloor: live, improvised techno from Zkellies followed by a typically unpredictable late-night selection from mynameisJohn.
